Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and convenient booking process, we kindly request a 50% deposit for all appointments. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to prepare for your visit. Please note that we cannot confirm your booking if a deposit has not been received at least one week prior to the appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your booking with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be automatically credited to your account for future use.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise; however, please note that the deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A payment link will be sent, and all future bookings will be withheld until the payment is made. This policy is non-negotiable.

We value your time and ours, and we strive to ensure punctuality. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. While we will try to honor appointments up to 20 minutes late, this may result in a shortened service or a need to reschedule. Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, and the full fee will still apply.
