Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and convenient booking process, we kindly request a 50% deposit for all appointments. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to prepare for your visit.

 

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit credited to your account for future use. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A payment link will be sent, and future bookings will be paused until payment is received.

Christmas policy:

 During the Christmas period, our busiest time of year, we require a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice for any cancellations or booking changes.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We may be unable to provide the full service if you arrive late.Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.​
